* **REQ\-10104027** * **17/11/2025** * **Finance Services** * **Madrid, Spain** * **ING Bank** **At ING we are looking for Accounting \& Reporting Expert** **Your role and work environment:** We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **accounting \& reporting Expert** to join our **Budget, accounting \& reconciliation** Team of COO Office The responsibility of this team is to reconcile all the accounts related to processes we have in our COO Domain while the way of working is based on Azure to manage our priorities and capacity the best way possible **Your key responsibilities:** As an **Accounting \& reporting expert** you will: * Balance of the daily settlement of transactions such as transfers (SEPA \& SWIFTS), Checks, Bizum, Twyp \& others ensuring the conformity of the amount * Analysis and resolution of localized differences in the daily settlement * Inventory of several products such as mortgages \& loans with their respective quotes’ reconciliation * Detection and monitoring of the operations involved in the process * Support to process owners any relevant accounting difference * Report closing balances to finance justifying any relevant difference with their risk threshold. * Participate in internal projects defining requirements to maintain the operative and testing results While contributing to improvements in our actual processes to decrease the amount of manual load and become a team more dedicated to analysis **What are we looking for?** Want to know if this job is made for you? This team’s responsibility is to reconcile all accounts related to the processes within our COO Domain, while our way of working is based on Azure to manage our priorities and capacity as effectively as possible. **Your key responsibilities:** As an Accounting \& Reporting Expert, your duties will include: * Balancing the daily settlement of transactions such as transfers (SEPA \& SWIFTS), checks, Bizum, Twyp and others, ensuring amount conformity. * Analyzing and resolving localized discrepancies in the daily settlement. * Inventorying various products such as mortgages and loans, including reconciliation of their respective payment schedules. * Detecting and monitoring operations involved in the process. * Supporting process owners with any relevant accounting discrepancies. * Reporting closing balances to Finance, justifying any significant discrepancies against their risk thresholds. * Participating in internal projects by defining requirements to maintain operational integrity and validate test results.
