Job Summary: We are seeking a Journeyman Level 1 CNC lathe operator to operate and program Fanuc CNC lathes, manufacturing custom parts and short production runs, with quality control and process improvement responsibilities. Proficiency in on-machine programming A Journeyman Level 1 CNC lathe operator is required to work in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid). Job responsibilities include operating CNC lathes equipped with Fanuc controls, direct on-machine programming, and manufacturing both custom parts and short production runs. Candidates must be able to interpret engineering drawings and tolerances, perform adjustments and corrections, conduct quality control, and collaborate on process improvement. Use of CAM software may be required, if applicable. Proven experience in CNC turning is required, with strong proficiency in on-machine programming using Fanuc controls. A medium-to-advanced technical skill level, autonomy, sound judgment, responsibility, keen attention to detail, and a professional mindset are highly valued. Mastercam proficiency is considered a plus but is not mandatory. A permanent employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:00.
