Job Summary: We are seeking a mason for comprehensive renovations of residential and commercial premises, performing various construction tasks and coordinating with other trades. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination with other trades (electricity, plumbing, carpentry) 2. Ability to work autonomously and resolve incidents 3. Blueprint interpretation and on-site quality control We are looking for masonry personnel for comprehensive renovation projects in residential and commercial premises in Tres Cantos. Tasks include erecting partition walls, rendering, tiling, flooring, as well as installing plasterboard and suspended ceilings. Workers will also handle repairs and finishing work, coordinating with other trades such as electricity, plumbing, and carpentry. Blueprint interpretation, on-site layout, and quality control of each task are required, while maintaining order and cleanliness on site. Autonomous working capability and the ability to resolve incidents arising during construction are highly valued. The contract is permanent and full-time. The annual gross salary ranges between 23\.000 and 26\.000 euros.
