Requirements **Requirements** * Construction knowledge is desirable. * Experience working in retail, healthcare centers, hotels, offices, or similar. Versatile profile in renovation and construction. * Valid 20-hour TPC (Professional Construction Card) training course. * Ability to coordinate and supervise work teams, guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines. * In-depth knowledge of construction phase planning, resource management, and time optimization. * Familiarity with construction and occupational safety regulations. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Willingness to relocate geographically.
