We are looking for a **BIM Technician** to join our team on the **New Las Tablas Technical Station (Chamartín)** project. This project will transform the **Chamartín** station into one of the country’s main high-speed rail terminals, and we play a fundamental role in its development. You will actively participate in BIM management during the construction execution phase, which includes track laying, electrification, signaling systems, and construction of key infrastructure. If you have experience working with BIM on railway infrastructure projects, managing workflows, and coordinating across different disciplines, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * **3D modeling** of railway infrastructure (track, electrification, catenary, structures, etc.) and integration of various systems into a common data environment. * **Model coordination** across disciplines (civil works, installations, electrification), ensuring detection and resolution of clashes. * **Technical documentation management**: linking drawings, specifications, and documentation to the BIM model, ensuring compliance with railway regulations. * **Version control and change management**: continuous model updates according to design or construction modifications, ensuring traceability. * **Preparation of BIM reports, visualizations, and documentation** for the project team. **Requirements:** * **Experience**: At least **2 years** of proven experience as a **BIM Technician** on civil and railway infrastructure projects. * **Education**: Specialized training in **BIM** or an accredited **Master’s degree**. * **Technical knowledge**: * + Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Civil 3D**, **Revit**, and **Navisworks**. + Experience with **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** and **Geographic Information Systems (GIS)**. + Desirable experience with **Presto**, **Excel**, **Primavera P6**, **MS Project**, and/or **Power BI**. **What We Offer:** * **Stability**: Contract within a solid work environment with long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Training plans tailored to your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Transportation, cafeteria, medical insurance, and childcare. * **Join Aldesa and grow with us!** At **Aldesa**, you will not only find a job, but a place where you can develop professionally.
