Dynamic and growing work environment **Description:** ---------------- We are looking to hire a multiskilled maintenance operator to work in our logistics warehouses in Madrid. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper condition of facilities and equipment. Responsibilities: * Corrective Maintenance: Repairing traffic lights, restrooms, signage boards, and other warehouse elements. * Painting: Maintenance and repair of paint on loading docks. * Rack Maintenance: Inspection and repair of racking systems and tip protection devices, as well as plastic bumpers. * Preventive Maintenance: Inspection and validation of legionella control systems, racking systems, among others. * Plumbing, Electrical, and Locksmith Tasks: Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and locksmith tasks as required. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, and painting. * Ability to independently carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. * Teamwork skills and a proactive approach. * Willingness to undergo additional training in areas related to industrial maintenance (specialized training will be provided by the company).
