We need to expand the team at our Coslada workshop. Northgate is the ideal partner for companies and professionals who rely on vehicles as work tools. With over 40 company-owned workshops dedicated to repair and maintenance, we specialize in bodywork, mechanics, and all types of repairs—leveraging over 40 years of experience repairing our rental fleet. We are currently seeking to hire a First-Class Painter for our Coslada branch. The responsibilities associated with this position include: Applying filler to vehicles prior to painting Performing vehicle masking and demasking Preparing surfaces by applying filler, sanding, degreasing, priming, masking, and color-matching Preparing and applying correct paints using color-mixing techniques (colorimetry) for all types of coatings: tri-coat, bi-coat, pearlescent colors, blue, red, etc. Painting vehicles in the workshop using specific techniques tailored to each vehicle’s requirements Moving vehicles to assembly areas and within or outside the branch premises Assisting and supporting the rest of the workshop team in other tasks and activities Requirements Required: Higher or Medium Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS/CFGM) in Automotive Engineering, plus a minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role. Valid driver’s license, not suspended or revoked. Offer Indefinite-term contract. Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
