Focus on food safety and hygiene 3. Opportunity for teamwork We are looking for a kitchen assistant in Madrid to prepare and cook food and dishes. Responsibilities include food presentation and plating, always ensuring food safety and hygiene. The role also involves planning required ingredients for service, teamwork, and maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment. A minimum of 12 months of experience in similar positions is required. A Graduate in ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education) will be valued. This position is based in central Madrid, in a well-connected area. A temporary contract is offered, with an estimated duration of 4 to 5 months, potentially becoming permanent. The schedule will be rotating, with two days off per week, one of which will always be Sunday. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement.
