The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** At least 7 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead in: * Designing backend solutions and integration architectures in complex enterprise environments. * Demonstrable experience of at least 3 years technically leading or designing solutions based on AI agents and LLM (Large Language Model) orchestration layers. * In-depth knowledge of API design, microservices, integration patterns, and distributed architectures. * Experience in data integration strategies, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), and connecting corporate systems with intelligent services. * Solid expertise in security, scalability, and deployment of cloud\-native platforms. * Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes. * Technical leadership capability, architectural decision-making, and mentoring development teams. * Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, technical stakeholders, and business stakeholders. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Technical Service Design: Lead the design of APIs and microservices comprising the intelligent agent platform, defining contracts, data models, and communication patterns among components. * Integration Architecture: Design and oversee integration flows between AI agents, supporting services, and corporate systems—including information management and ingestion strategy using RAG architectures. * Technical Leadership of the Platform: Make key decisions regarding architecture, integration, security, performance, and scalability—acting as the team’s technical reference. * Code Oversight and Quality: Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure solution quality, maintainability, and technical consistency. * Infrastructure and DevOps Integration: Define and oversee service deployment strategy in container-based and Kubernetes environments, ensuring proper integration into CI/CD pipelines. * Technology Governance and Best Practices: Promote methodologies, architectural patterns, and engineering best practices to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions. * Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with development, architecture, operations, and business teams to transform strategic needs into innovative technological solutions. * Agent Platform Evolution: Actively participate in defining and evolving the platform architecture, contributing to the adoption of new capabilities related to generative AI and intelligent agents. **And with us, you’ll enjoy:** Permanent contract **Hybrid work model in Madrid** Internal training and access to certifications.
