It also has extensive experience in unique constructions such as healthcare, educational and sports centers, hotels, and parking facilities. **What would you do on a daily basis?** * Analyze project modifications to maximize profitability through resource optimization, technical solutions, and cost control, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Plan, organize, and lead teams, resources, and subcontracting to execute the project on time, with required quality and maximum profitability. * Manage the budget and financial control of the construction project by monitoring costs, measurements, and deviations, implementing necessary corrective measures. * Maximize certifications and manage their processing to optimize liquidity and minimize financial costs. * Negotiate technical, economic, and administrative aspects of the project with clients, supervising engineers, and property owners. * Organize documentation management for the construction project, ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, quality, and occupational health and safety requirements. * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, Environment, Compliance, and the Code of Ethics. **What would we like you to bring?** * University degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering in Public Works, Technical Architecture, or Surveying. * Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Installation Technician managing installation works. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills; leadership and people management capabilities. **What do we offer you?** * Permanent position. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Company vehicle \+ Solred card. * Professional development within our company. * Flexible compensation: private health insurance, meal vouchers, childcare vouchers
