We are seeking a **TALENT MANAGER** to join our super team in **MADRID**. Will you join the adventure? Your mission will be to manage the talent and well-being of our Capitole consultants. **Responsibilities:** * Team management within the client environment: * Group and individual follow-up meetings. * Annual evaluations and reviews. * Training, development, and career path management. * Contract signings, severance settlements, onboarding, and offboarding. * Supervision of working hours, sick leaves, vacations, expenses, etc. * Resolution of incidents, inquiries, work permit management, etc. **Requirements for a good match:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in generalist HR positions. * Experience in people management. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * **Minimum English level B2.
