We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced **Project Manager** to join our corporate team and lead key projects across Spain. If you are a professional with proven project management experience—particularly in expansion, retail, franchising, or organized foodservice environments—and are passionate about driving strategic initiatives that shape a company’s future, this is your opportunity. **About the Role:** ------------------- As **Project Manager** within our Expansion and Strategic Projects department, you will be a key contributor to executing our growth and continuous improvement plans. Your mission will be to ensure the proper planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of all assigned projects, guaranteeing achievement of objectives, deadlines, and budgets. You will work closely with diverse internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment at every stage of each project. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * **End-to-End Project Management:** Lead and manage expansion projects (new openings), renovations of existing locations, and other national-level strategic transformation initiatives. * **Multidisciplinary Coordination:** Act as a central liaison, effectively coordinating key cross-functional teams—including Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Legal Advisory—to ensure synergy and project progress. * **Monitoring and Control:** Rigorously supervise schedules, critical milestones, risk management, budgetary control (CAPEX), and final project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency. * **Construction Oversight:** Collaborate closely with the Construction team to monitor construction progress, ensuring strict adherence to established timelines and functional and quality objectives. * **Reporting and Methodology:** Implement and apply best practices and standards in project management (PMO), producing clear and concise executive reports for senior leadership, providing visibility into project status, challenges, and forecasts. * **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * **Vendor Management:** Select and manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring service quality and compliance with contractual agreements. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * **Education:** Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Additional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly valued. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of proven project management experience. Specific experience in retail, franchising, organized foodservice, or expansion and store-opening projects is strongly preferred. * **Management Skills:** Strong skills in planning, organization, prioritization, and problem solving. * **Leadership Competencies:** Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment. * **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of construction, design, and operations processes in retail/foodservice environments. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar). * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders. * **Results Orientation:** Strong goal orientation, capable of working under pressure and meeting demanding deadlines. * **Languages:** Advanced Spanish (native or bilingual).
