This time, we are looking to hire an Innovation and Business Development Program Coordinator to lead the execution of a strategic contract in collaboration with the Madrid City Council. What will your role be? As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring proper planning, organization, and execution of all work, guaranteeing its quality, consistency, and achievement of objectives. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and structuring service governance to ensure monitoring, control, and quality of deliverables. * Coordinating and leading a multidisciplinary technical team. * Driving the identification and recruitment of business projects aligned with the program’s objectives. * Supervising specialized advisory services to companies across industrial/service-industrial, R\+D\+I, internationalization, legal, tax, financial, and human resources domains. * Validating technical reports and documents across all contract areas. * Acting as the primary liaison with the Madrid City Council. * Representing the contracting entity when necessary to ensure proper contract implementation. What we are looking for in you **Essential Requirements:** * University degree or higher. * Minimum 5 years of experience in: * Team leadership and coordination. * Mentorship, acceleration, or business advisory programs. * Business support in industrial/service-industrial, R\+D\+I, internationalization, legal, tax, financial, and human resources areas. **We especially value:** * Experience with contracts or programs linked to public administrations. * Ability to structure governance frameworks and monitoring systems. * Strategic profile with strong execution orientation. * High capacity for institutional dialogue. * Rigor, autonomy, and results orientation.
