Central role in core HR processes and transformation initiatives **Job Title** HR Project Manager**Summary** We are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our Corporate Support Functions and play a key, transversal role across CLA, Finance, and Corporate Strategy. Positioned at the center of multiple initiatives, this role connects teams, drives alignment, and ensures the consistent delivery of HR priorities with tangible business impact. In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Global HR teams, and senior stakeholders to translate HR and business strategy into action through analytics, coordination, and hands\-on execution. You will play a central role in core HR processes such as performance management, talent cycles, and salary reviews, acting as a trusted partner and key point of contact for CSF leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate HR and business strategy into clear initiatives and a consolidated CSF HR roadmap; * Lead or support global HR projects, transformation initiatives, and organizational changes; * Coordinate transversal activities to ensure consistency in data, messaging, and execution; * Support core HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, workforce planning); * Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to drive insights and decision\-making; * Prepare clear, engaging materials for senior leadership and governance forums; * Partner closely with CSF Strategy, Global HR teams, D\&I teams, and HR Business Partners; **About the Ideal Candidate** * Experience in HR, transformation, project management, or similar roles; * Strong delivery mindset with the ability to work both strategically and hands\-on; * Analytical and comfortable working with data, KPIs, and dashboards; * Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and presentation skills; * Well\-organized and able to manage multiple priorities in parallel; * Experience with global HR processes is a strong advantage; * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus; \#LI\-EMEA **Diversity \& Inclusion** Amadeus aspires to be a leader in Diversity and Inclusion in the tech industry, enabling every employee to reach their full potential by fostering a culture of belonging and fair treatment, attracting the best talent from all backgrounds, and as a role model for an inclusive employee experience.
