DESCRIPTION A leading European furniture logistics company is seeking a coordinator for its Santiago de Compostela facilities to lead and manage delegation activities, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and strategic objectives. Permanent position involving people management and diverse responsibilities in control, reporting, and coordination of tasks such as route management or delivery team management. This role involves daily operational supervision to ensure objective achievement, supplier negotiations, and implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen operational efficiency. REQUIREMENTS University degree or engineering qualification. At least two years of experience in a similar or managerial position. Professional experience in the logistics or industrial sector. Ability to manage and coordinate operational-level teams. Knowledge of last-mile logistics will be valued.
