Production Operator

Description

We are seeking personnel to join a production team in Loeches. The main responsibilities involve rubber processing and handling of components, ensuring quality through visual and process controls. Operation of industrial machinery such as sanders, cutters, and punching machines is also required, along with other routine tasks within the manufacturing area. The position offers a temporary full-time contract with a 40-hour weekly schedule. Working hours are organized into rotating shifts: morning (7:00–15:00\), evening (15:00–23:00\), and night (23:00–7:00\), Monday through Friday, with legally mandated rest periods. Flexibility in working hours is required to adapt to shift changes. Prior experience in production environments and attention to detail are highly valued.
