At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are seeking a **Functional Analyst** to join a corporate **platforms and applications development project** located in **central Madrid**. If selected, you will work in a complex, high-impact business environment, analyzing processes, proposing improvements, and participating in the continuous evolution of technological solutions within the insurance domain. **What will your main responsibilities be?** * Gathering and analyzing requirements with business stakeholders and users. * Functional and technical documentation of processes, diagrams, and specifications. * Monitoring development progress and coordinating between business and IT teams. * Acceptance testing prior to user validation. * Incident analysis: root cause, impact assessment, and solution proposal. **What qualifications do you need?** * Over 5 years’ experience as a Functional Analyst. * Experience in the insurance sector (policies, claims, pricing, reinsurance, etc.). * Proficiency in UML, functional documentation, Visio, JIRA, Confluence. * SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation. * Experience working with both agile and traditional methodologies. * Ability to communicate solutions effectively between business and technology teams. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract via Oxigent. * Salary commensurate with experience (Over €44,000 annually) * Flexible working hours and shortened workday on Fridays and during summer. * Hybrid work model. * Training voucher to develop professionally in areas of greatest interest to you. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Gym access and sports activity membership across Spain with discounts. * And many other benefits!
