Key responsibilities include: * Coordination of shipments from origin to Tendam warehouses, aligned with product service dates. * Liaison and communication with Tendam’s suppliers. * Oversight of required import documentation in coordination with the Customs team. * Advisory on transit times and shipment management to each chain’s purchasing departments. * International payment methods. * International transportation (maritime, air, and land). What type of candidate are we looking for? For this position, we seek a candidate with prior experience in a similar Import-related role, a high level of English proficiency, immediate availability to join, and relevant academic background (e.g., International Trade or similar). Location and Working Hours: This position is based at our headquarters in central Madrid, northern zone, easily accessible by metro, urban buses, and Cercanías-Renfe (Hospital Ramón y Cajal station). If arriving by car, the area is not subject to parking meters, making parking straightforward.
