If you are passionate about technical excellence and want your work to make a tangible difference, this is your place. ### **Your Mission (Your Challenges and Responsibilities)** In this role, you will be the guardian of quality and efficiency for our core insurance solutions: * **Design, develop, and maintain** advanced automation frameworks for Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter applications. * **Create and execute** automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end (End\-to\-End) testing. * **Strategically collaborate** with business analysts, developers, product owners, and German-speaking stakeholders to understand requirements and define high-level testing strategies. * **Thoroughly validate** configurations, customizations, integrations, workflows, and business processes within the Guidewire ecosystem. * **Analyze results, identify defects**, and perform root cause analysis while working side-by-side with development teams for agile resolution. ### **How Will We Measure Your Impact?** * Monthly achievement of project efficiency targets. * Effective alignment and execution of the established strategic plan. ### **Your Arsenal (What We’re Looking for in You)** **Must-Have Requirements:** * **Senior Experience:** Over 8 years of proven experience in test automation and QA environments. * **Guidewire Specialization:** Solid hands-on experience validating Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or BillingCenter. * **Tool Proficiency:** Ability to develop and maintain automation suites using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. * **Global Languages:** Advanced English (C1\) and fluent German (both mandatory for daily client interaction). **Highly Valued Additional Qualities:** * You are passionate about learning, sharing ideas, and evolving alongside the team. * You demonstrate initiative and continuously seek to optimize testing processes.
