**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor – Surveying (Madrid) in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid Address: Leganés **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Participate in building construction, rehabilitation, and civil engineering projects, carrying out or coordinating the development of installations and assisting in execution, including monitoring of planning. * Layout surveys and measurements during project execution. * Responsible for coordinating the on-site workforce, acting as liaison between site management and workers. * Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, demonstrating ability to enforce compliance with their obligations. * Monitor implementation of occupational health and safety measures, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental regulations on site. * Travel required to carry out specific administrative tasks arising from their area of responsibility; travel also required for specific control, management, and supervision tasks arising from their work. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying the required professional experience. * Academic internship annexes verifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Agricultural, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance fields. (Qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities.) ### **Prior Experience** * At least 1 year of experience as a surveyor. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Class B driving license. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational Health and Safety Course (minimum 50 hours). ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month up to 6 months of experience in public sector companies or public administration (assessed via employment record and/or technical interview). * From 1 month up to 6 months of experience providing surveying support on construction sites (assessed during technical interview). **Remarks** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working schedule.
