The organization is undergoing continuous transformation of its business and technology landscape, and **Enterprise Architecture** plays a key role in aligning technological capabilities with long-term business objectives. In this context, the **Enterprise \& Domain Architect** will be responsible for defining the **architecture strategy, target architecture, and transition roadmap** for the **Core Business \& Operations** domain. This role sits at the intersection of **business and technology**, working closely with senior stakeholders, business owners, IT teams, and other architecture functions. The focus will not be limited to individual solutions, but rather on establishing a **coherent architectural direction for the domain**, assessing the impact of emerging technologies, and ensuring that its evolution remains aligned with corporate standards, security, technology governance, and regulatory requirements. This is a **Vice President-level position**, targeted at an experienced **Enterprise or Domain Architect**, with a strong background in **Finance, Risk and/or Banking**, and proven experience in **technology strategy, architecture transformation, and stakeholder management**. **About the Role** As the **Enterprise \& Domain Architect**, you will take responsibility for defining the architectural direction of the **Core Business \& Operations** domain. You will translate business strategy and priorities into a **clear technology vision**, define the target state (*target state*), and establish the necessary roadmap to evolve from the current environment to that target.
