The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in English with suppliers and international teams. **Responsibilities** Logistics \& Warehouse Management * Manage daily warehouse operations: goods reception, storage, stock control, and dispatch * Maintain accurate inventory records and perform periodic stock checks * Coordinate orders, deliveries, and material availability with suppliers * Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and optimization of the warehouse Technical Duties * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across different technical areas at the office (electrical, mechanical, general facilities) * Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures * Support installation works, technical improvements, and minor projects Coordination \& Communication * Communicate regularly with suppliers and external partners * Use English to manage technical documentation, emails, and operational calls * Collaborate with internal teams to support operational needs **Qualifications** Education * Technical qualification (Vocational Training – Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Installations, or a related field * Additional training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus Experience * Proven years in a similar role or performing multiskilled technical functions * Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management Languages * English: intermediate level – ability to read technical documentation, write emails, and participate in operational calls and meetings * Spanish: native or advanced Technical Knowledge * General facilities maintenance * Warehouse management tools (ERP systems, Excel, or similar) * Basic knowledge of Health \& Safety regulations * Forklift and/or lifting platform license is a plus Skills and Competencies * Versatile and solution‑oriented profile * Strong organizational and planning skills * Ability to work independently with a results‑driven mindset * Good communication skills * Teamwork capability * Attention to detail and structured working style * Flexibility and adaptability to change * Intermediate level of English Additional Requirements * Availability for occasional travel * Availability for occasional out‑of‑hours interventions (depending on business needs) * Valid driving license (Category B) Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
