DESCRIPTION **About the Role** --------------------- Movistar Prosegur Alarmas (MPA), a Joint\-Venture between Telefónica and Prosegur, is a leading provider of alarm systems in Spain, delivering trusted security solutions—based on the most advanced market offerings—to homes, businesses, and commercial establishments. Today, you have the opportunity to join our Team of Teams at Movistar Prosegur Alarmas as a Credit and Collections Data Analyst. Role Mission: We seek a candidate with a solid financial foundation and experience in data analysis who wishes to join an environment where analytics directly impacts decision-making and debt management optimization. The selected candidate will work with customer outstanding debt databases and be responsible for transforming large volumes of financial information into structured analyses, actionable segmentations, and industrialized dashboards. This role combines financial insight, analytical capability, and business orientation, actively contributing to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating results across various organizational levels. Main Responsibilities * Analysis and exploitation of financial data related to debt and billing: typology, monthly movements, insolvencies, etc. * Definition and implementation of recurring reporting procedures to support decision-making. * Monitoring of financial KPIs, identification of deviations, patterns, and improvement opportunities. * Identification and enhancement of automated processes within debt management tools. * Collaboration with the BI team in developing dashboards. * Definition and evolution of financial and collections KPIs. REQUIREMENTS Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent. * A Master’s degree in Data Analysis / Data Analytics is desirable. * Advanced Excel (Power Query) and DAX. * SQL (mandatory). * Knowledge of Python (Pandas) is desirable. * Experience or interest in debt management, collections, billing, or customer accounting. * Experience with collections management tools is a plus. * Basic familiarity with Cloud ERP systems (e.g., Oracle), Salesforce, or Siebel is beneficial. * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
