Communication with top management for business improvement. * Writing SQL scripts of varying complexity. * Ability to use Python to automate and organize ETL processes. * Perform ad hoc reports and provide analysis support as needed. * Put forward proposals for the necessary actions to improve the company’s financial and/or other indexes. * Working with the eligible customer base for repeat loans. * Developing communication flows to return customers to the loan application process and to support repeat disbursements. **Requirements:** * Graduate with a mathematics/technical background * You want to develop in the direction of business analytics, and also actively develop your technical skills * Have solid knowledge of SQL (high level) * Ability to work with data\-mining and business intelligence tools such as SQL, PostgresSQL * Middle knowledge of databases/data warehouses * Strong skills in data analysis and reporting * Proficiency level in Excel * Fluent in English and communication skills required to work constantly in an international environment; * Desirable is understanding of lending and financial management * Desirable experience in Power BI * Desirable experience in Python **Experience:** * At least 5 years’ experience in similar positions. **We are offering:** * An opportunity to work in an international company within a dynamic, competitive, and fast\-paced industry * Involvement in challenging projects where your contributions will have a tangible impact * A supportive and collaborative team environment with great colleagues * A competitive monthly salary, based on experience, education, and competencies. * We have a hybrid system (3 days at office\-2 days at home). * Benefits (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Wellhub) **Employment type:** Permanent
