This new step will enable Kardham to accelerate its expansion strategy and enter high-growth market segments. Amid strong growth in Group activity, we are seeking a **Site Manager** with proven experience in **office and commercial space implementation and renovation**, capable of **leading and executing comprehensive projects** from inception through to final delivery. The candidate will serve as our clients’ primary point of contact to understand their needs and propose technical and functional solutions, while ensuring quality, safety, timelines, and profitability for each project. **Main Responsibilities** * **End-to-end management** of implementation and renovation projects: site surveys, preparation of as-built and proposed drawings, technical reports, budgeting, and site supervision. * **Planning, execution, and oversight** of works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and established quality standards. * **Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, and technical teams**, promoting smooth and effective communication among all stakeholders. * **Technical-economic monitoring** of the works, including monthly certifications and validation of completed tasks. * **Management of materials, permits, licenses, and applicable regulations**, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements (Occupational Health and Safety). * **Representation of the company** before property owners, technical supervisors, and public authorities. * **Optimization of resources**, identifying technical solutions that enhance project efficiency and profitability. **Requirements** * **Education:** Architect, Engineer (technical or graduate) or professional with **2–4 years of experience** in managing and executing renovation and implementation projects. * **Sector experience:** Renovations and adaptations of **offices and corporate spaces**, preferably in turnkey environments. * **Technical knowledge:** + **Presto** (budgeting and measurement). + **AutoCAD** (interpretation and modification of drawings). + **Safety, quality, and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.** + **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.** **What We Offer:** * Permanent full-time contract with opportunities for professional development within the company. * Participation in unique and high-impact projects in Madrid and nationwide. * Competitive salary aligned with experience + social benefits. * Excellent work environment, with direct collaboration with the production and project teams. * Meal card. * Reduced working hours on Fridays (9:00–15:00). **Position based in Madrid (Spain).** Send us your application in 2 clicks!
