Job Summary: We are seeking a bridge crane machinery mechanic to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts at a multinational logistics company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts. 2. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures. 3. Prepare maintenance reports and train operators. We require a bridge crane machinery mechanic to work for a prestigious multinational company with branches in Aranda de Duero and Vitoria. **Responsibilities**. * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on electric, gas, or diesel forklifts. * Inspect and repair **engine, transmission, brakes, steering, and hydraulic system**. * Inspect and replace **hydraulic hoses, pumps, cylinders, and valves**. * Maintain **batteries, chargers, and electrical systems**. Technical Diagnosis * Diagnose **mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures**. * Use measuring tools and **diagnostic software**, where applicable. * Interpret **technical manuals and diagrams**. Adjustments and Assembly * Adjust **masts, forks, chains, and rollers**. * Align wheels and verify equipment stability. * Install accessories (clamps, side shifters, etc.). Inspection and Safety * Verify proper operation of **brakes, alarms, lights, and safety systems**. * Ensure the forklift operates within its **load capacity**. * Comply with **industrial and environmental safety regulations**. Documentation and Coordination * Prepare **maintenance and repair reports**. * Coordinate tasks with operators and supervisors. * Train operators on **basic operation and early fault detection**.
