**Commercial Agent – Business Development (Madrid)** We are seeking a **Senior Sales Representative** to drive business development in the Madrid region within the **Horeca channel** (high-end hospitality, hotels, catering, and restaurant chains), specializing in the sale of **meat products**. The main mission will be to **acquire new customers and enter new markets**, building a solid client portfolio from scratch. This position focuses on prospecting and generating new business, **not on managing existing accounts**. **Responsibilities** * Identify and acquire new clients within the Horeca channel. * Introduce and position meat products in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other sector operators. * Conduct commercial visits and presentations, advising clients according to their needs. * Negotiate commercial agreements and close new sales. * Develop stable, long-term business relationships. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service. **Economic Conditions** * **Fixed salary:** €39,000 gross per year. * **Variable compensation:** up to **€3,000 gross per month**, based on achievement of targets. **Candidate Profile** * Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in the food industry, preferably in meat or fresh products. * Knowledge of the Horeca channel in the Madrid region and, preferably, an established network of contacts. * Proven experience in acquiring new customers and business development. * Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. * Self-motivated, results-oriented profile accustomed to working by objectives. * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Commerce, or related field (desirable). * Commitment to exclusivity in marketing products of the same category. **What We Offer?** * Employment contract (permanent position). * Initial product training and ongoing support. * Marketing and commercial positioning support. * Flexible environment with autonomy to carry out activities and make commercial decisions.
