Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead solar self-consumption installations, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and energy efficiency projects, ensuring profitability and quality. Opportunity for growth within a company with a promising future. **About the Role** As Project Manager for photovoltaic solar self-consumption installations, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and energy efficiency (including HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, thermal envelope, monitoring, etc.), you will join the Installations Department. Initially, you will undergo a training period and soon begin leading diverse projects, always ensuring technical compliance with clients and internal financial control of projects—thereby guaranteeing contract profitability and quality, as well as maintaining strong commercial relationships with suppliers. We aim to leverage your expertise in engineering, project management, and creativity to execute Bettergy’s projects. ***Responsibilities:*** You will be responsible for the technical and financial aspects of projects. Your main responsibilities include: * Developing turnkey photovoltaic solar self-consumption, electric vehicle charging, and energy efficiency (HVAC, lighting, domestic hot water, thermal envelope, monitoring, etc.) projects on time and within budget, adhering to the highest quality standards—with support from our internal staff, external partners, and specialized sector suppliers. * Functionally collaborating with our software engineering, energy engineering, and marketing teams. ***Experience/Qualifications:*** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in one or more of the following types of companies: Energy Service Companies (ESCOs), installation service providers; construction firms; energy auditing firms; energy consulting firms; or facility management companies. * Knowledge of various installation types: photovoltaic systems; desirable: EV charging points; HVAC; lighting; domestic hot water; monitoring; submetering; and building automation systems. * Familiarity with conventional engineering tools, including drawing, design, and calculation software for installations, measurement, budgeting, and Excel. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively in teams and manage client and supplier relationships. * Experience managing or coordinating projects. * Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a growing company with a promising future. * Languages: English.
