Innovation, technology, and our purpose—to create lasting positive impact—drive us forward. **Your key responsibilities** * Understand client business processes, develop an automated replica of those processes using EY’s Data & Analytics tools, and analyze the resulting outputs. * Develop internal solutions for process automation. * Implement solutions for data extraction, report generation, and database queries. * Manage large volumes of data and apply Data & Analytics tools to perform such tasks and improve related processes. **Requirements:** Teamwork capability. Motivation, capacity for growth and continuous development within a competitive environment. **Essential requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) + Master’s in Data & Analytics, Big Data, or similar. Proactivity and strong comprehension, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, as well as attention to detail. Basic programming knowledge. Database fundamentals. Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2\). **Desirable requirements** Programming (Alteryx, SQL, ACL, Visual Basic, Python, MySQL, etc.). Power BI. ERP knowledge (SAP, Navision, Oracle, etc.).
