Ensures warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. ### **Description** DOPP Executive Search is seeking a Logistics Technician to join an industrial-sector company based in Madrid. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, the primary mission is to guarantee effective operational warehouse management, ensuring control, organization, and traceability of materials and tools, thereby contributing to the efficiency and smooth daily functioning of logistics operations. Main Responsibilities: * Warehouse Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring materials are properly organized and controlled, and that inbound and outbound movements occur without error. * Inbound and Outbound Control: Verify receipt and dispatch of materials, checking quantities, condition, and associated documentation. * Transportation Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for external logistics operators, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and resolving potential incidents. * Organization and Safety: Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper warehouse layout, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Order Picking: Prepare customer orders, ensuring accuracy in material selection, packaging, and documentation. * Tool Marking: Engrave and mark tools according to established specifications. What We Are Looking For: * Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within logistics environments in the industrial sector. * Experience with ERP systems for warehouse management. * Analytical thinking, technical rigor, autonomy, proactivity, capacity for learning, and commitment to continuous improvement are highly valued.
