YOUR ROLE We are looking for an Inside Sales professional to join our Ground \& Rail division in Pinto. You will play a key role in Inside Sales by managing the customer portfolio, generating leads, and supporting commercial reporting. WHAT WILL YOU DO? **Customer Portfolio Management:** Lead the management and development of the Ground \& Rail division's customer portfolio. **Lead Generation:** Be a key driver in prospecting and generating new business opportunities (leads). **Commercial Support and Reporting:** Actively collaborate on commercial reporting, ensuring performance tracking and support for the sales team. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? **Education and Experience:** Higher education degree and a minimum of 2\-3 years of experience in back-office or sales functions. **Technical Knowledge:** Essential experience and knowledge in the land transportation or logistics/freight forwarding sector. English proficiency at B2/C1 level. Proficiency in customer relationship management tools (CRM / Salesforce or similar) and advanced Excel skills. **Skills:** Customer-oriented profile with excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience.
