Position Summary: We are seeking a TPE extrusion line supervisor to ensure product quality and operational efficiency, resolve process incidents, and propose technical improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of production lines, especially thermoplastic extrusion 2. Ensuring optimal operation of the TPE extrusion line and product quality 3. Detection and resolution of process incidents and technical improvements We seek a candidate with experience supervising production lines, particularly in thermoplastic extrusion. The primary responsibility will be ensuring optimal operation of a TPE extrusion line while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency. Tasks include detection and resolution of process incidents, application of automotive industry standards, and knowledge of the extrusion process. The candidate must also propose and implement technical and process improvements to optimize quality and productivity. Interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications, monitoring product characteristics, and supporting basic equipment maintenance are essential. Collaboration with other departments is required to drive continuous improvement, always adhering to quality and housekeeping standards. Minimum two years of experience in similar roles is preferred, preferably in the automotive industry or continuous processes. Knowledge of thermoplastic extrusion and English is valued. Proficiency in Excel and SCADA systems is required, along with initiative, responsibility, and learning ability. A permanent contract is offered with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with possible shift rotation. A personal vehicle and immediate availability are required.
