Long-term professional career opportunity At Logicalis Spain, we are looking for an IT recruitment intern for our Data \& Analytics Business Unit. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide initial support, progressing toward full autonomy in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle—from candidate profiling to negotiation and closing. Develop a deep understanding of each role’s requirements and assist in defining candidate profiles. Publish job postings and conduct direct candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Infojobs, and our ATS Teamtailor. Conduct interviews and coordinate interviews with managers and clients. Assist in negotiating and closing suitable candidates for various opportunities. Onboard candidates and provide follow-up support during their initial period at Logicalis. Collaborate on talent retention initiatives within the Data \& Analytics BU. **REQUIREMENTS:** Students nearing completion of vocational training (FP), undergraduate (Grado), or master’s (Máster) programs in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, eligible to sign a training agreement with their educational institution. Must be highly proactive, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in HR, recruitment, IT, and Data \& Analytics. Prior knowledge or experience in consulting, HR, or IT is highly valued.
