Supplier negotiation and budget management JOB DESCRIPTION **Offline Media Planner (TV and Radio)** **Job Description:** We are seeking an Offline Media Planner specialized in strategic planning and advertising space buying for television and radio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media plans that achieve our clients' marketing objectives, maximizing return on investment in traditional media. **Responsibilities:** * Develop offline media strategies focused on TV and radio, aligned with clients' marketing objectives and target audience. * Research and analyze audience data, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify optimal TV and radio planning opportunities. * Select the most suitable channels, programs, and time slots to optimize campaign reach and frequency on TV and radio. * Negotiate with suppliers (TV networks, radio stations) to secure the most favorable rates and terms for advertising space purchases. * Prepare and manage media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Oversee execution of TV and radio advertising campaigns, monitoring plan adherence and resolving any issues. * Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present results and recommendations to clients. * Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the TV and radio markets. * Collaborate with other departments (accounts, creative, etc.) to ensure integration and consistency of media strategies. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in offline media planning and buying, with a specialized focus on television and radio. In-depth knowledge of the TV and radio markets, including various networks, stations, programs, time slots, and advertising rates. Ability to analyze audience data (ratings, share, etc.) and utilize media planning tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Results-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
