It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is seeking to hire KITCHEN ASSISTANTS to work at our hotels located in the center of MADRID. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborate with the kitchen team in processes including receipt of raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning, and disinfection. * Carry out scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. * Perform periodic cleaning tasks as established in the cleaning plan. * Handle food in compliance with current regulations. * Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment and tools, reporting any issues immediately. * Assist in the execution of menus and meal plans. * Monitor and ensure proper preservation and optimal utilization of assigned products. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, initiative, and results-driven mindset.
