Key tasks include: * Supporting coordination and communication with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous dialogue between the project management team, the headquarters team, and the Spanish Cooperation Offices in the field. * Supporting operational planning and supervision, establishing strategies for on-site activity implementation, optimizing available resources, and guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Conducting technical monitoring and managing results and indicators, including monitoring activity progress, evaluating impact, and proposing consolidation of technical and financial reports. * Supporting measurement and invoicing of the assignment, as well as controlling minor expenses incurred. * Supporting risk management and regulatory compliance, identifying potential operational obstacles and proposing solutions to minimize their impact. Furthermore, all activities are supervised to ensure compliance with established regulations and requirements, reviewing administrative and technical documentation to guarantee its validity and correct application. * Preparing reports, notes, and studies related to the field of work. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire.
