PTV TELECOM is looking to hire a Commercial Delegate to lead the growth of the commercial area in Madrid. What will be your challenge? * Design and execute the commercial strategy for the region. * Actively participate in training and motivating the cold-calling (residential) sales team. * Ensure achievement of customer acquisition and sales targets. * Report results and propose continuous improvements to processes and methodology. * Play an active role in local brand growth. What are we looking for? * Proven experience in cold-calling sales and leading commercial teams. * Autonomous, proactive profile with strong results orientation. * Ideally, experience in telecommunications or similar services (insurance or energy sectors). * Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
