Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer/Architect to lead BIM projects, coordinate teams, and ensure technical quality and timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Project development with a focus on technical and methodological improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** · Lead and comprehensively manage structural projects across all phases. · Ensure fulfillment of client commitments while maintaining fluent and professional communication. · Promote and develop projects using BIM methodology. · Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines. Ensure proper development, documentation, and delivery of projects under your responsibility **Essential Requirements:** · Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture. · Specialization or Master’s degree in structures and foundations. · Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in calculation, design, and coordination of structural projects. · Proficiency in BIM methodology applied to engineering projects. · Knowledge of applicable national and international regulations. . English level B2 or higher **Preferred Qualifications:** · Calculation and design of steel, reinforced/prestressed/post-tensioned concrete, and timber structures. · Design and analysis of shallow and deep foundations. · Design of earthquake-resistant structures. · Experience with regulations such as CTE, EHE, EAE, Eurocodes, ACI, AISC, ASCE 7, among others. · Calculation of earthquake-resistant structures. · Quantity surveying and quantity control. · Parametrization or visual programming (Grasshopper, Dynamo). · Proficiency in structural analysis software: o Highly desirable: CYPECAD, SAP2000, SOFISTIK, IDEA StatiCa. o Others: Rhinoceros/Grasshopper, Revit, FAGUS, RIDO, AutoCAD, Presto · Knowledge of additional languages **Key Skills and Competencies:** · Leadership, teamwork, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. · Advanced project management and planning. · Strong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. · Technical rigor and passion for structural calculation. · Proactivity, autonomy, and accountability. .
