Procurement Engineer (Internship)

##### **Responsibilities** * Support the identification and evaluation of strategic and potential suppliers. * Assist in the management and tracking of purchase orders. * Monitor deliveries and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. * Support cost analysis and control for acquired materials and services. * Prepare price comparisons and basic technical analyses of received quotations. * Update and track the status of purchases in the ERP system. * Collaborate in supplier evaluation and qualification. * Assist in preparing reports and KPIs for the procurement department. * Coordinate with engineering and quality departments to follow up on requirements and supplies. * Participate in continuous improvement of procurement and supply processes. * Ensure compliance with internal departmental procedures and policies. ##### **Requirements** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other engineering disciplines. A Master’s in Supply Chain is a plus. * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable; French is an advantage. * Interest in or knowledge of industrial projects or water treatment plants is desirable. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
