Significant opportunities for professional development in a key position. **MTorres**, an international technology group dedicated to developing automation systems and solutions for highly complex industrial processes, currently experiencing growth and team expansion, seeks to fill the following position at its **Torres de Elorz** Center: **PROJECT MANAGER\-AERONAUTICAL OPERATIONS, Ref.: 26016** Reporting to the Aeronautics Business Operations Director, the candidate will join the department to assume responsibility for assigned projects, internally coordinating the multidisciplinary project team and managing and responding to external clients. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * Maintain communication and serve as the primary contact point with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle, both during specification definition and project execution. * Plan projects ensuring appropriate definition of scope, schedule, and associated costs, aligned with client expectations. * Ensure, in coordination with departments, the necessary human resources required to support each project. * Lead, monitor, and ensure adherence to project plans, objectives, and specifications, controlling potential deviations and managing risks. * Execute projects in accordance with defined management procedures and standards, collaborating with all departments. * Lead and manage the internal project team, coordinating efforts to achieve maximum efficiency. * Identify opportunities, develop, and present robust technical proposals to clients—addressing client needs while ensuring economic viability—in coordination with the commercial department. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics. PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Professional experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing external clients. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; SAP and Power BI are advantageous. High-level English proficiency; additional languages are desirable.
