Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Forwarding business line, is recruiting a Maritime Operations Officer for its Madrid offices.**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Maritime traffic operations in the third-party client department, outside the Group, at the Av. Tenerife campus. * Manages maritime operations for third-party clients, covering both full-container-load (FCL) and less-than-container-load (LCL) imports and exports. * Manages bookings with shipping lines, container positioning, transport orders, and maintains close coordination with the customs department or external customs agents. * Attends meetings with clients to coordinate and organize shipments and deliveries at the agreed location. * Handles administrative tasks related to client and supplier invoices, and opens files in the internal transportation system. **Candidate Requirements** **Requirements:** * Intermediate level of English. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in companies within the sector. * Education in Logistics and Transport, International Trade, Maritime Transport, or a related field. * Knowledge of maritime documentation. * Coordination with shipping lines, agents, and port terminals. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal footing.
