




Position Summary: We are seeking a Back Office professional to manage international orders, customs clearance, shipment tracking, and overseas customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Daily use of English for communication DESCRIPTION Are you passionate about international order management and do you have a high level of English? Our client, a business group comprising over 15 companies nationwide and internationally, is expanding its Back Office team at its offices in Alcobendas (Madrid). **Responsibilities:** * Full management of international orders: pricing, quantities, terms, and delivery dates. * Import and export customs clearance across Europe, using various tax identification numbers. * Shipment tracking, transportation contracting, and logistics coordination with customers. * Overseas customer service, incident handling, complaint management, and communication with the sales team. **What does the company offer?** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00, with flexible start time (8:00–9:00) and end time (17:00–18:00); Friday, 8:00–15:00; August, 8:00–15:00. * Workplace: Alcobendas (Madrid). * Permanent contract. **Requirements:** * Education in Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Advanced English proficiency.
