Job Summary: End-to-end management of residential construction and renovation projects, supervising each phase to ensure adherence to scheduling, budget, quality, and safety requirements, while coordinating resources and teams. Leadership and organizational skills to resolve incidents promptly. Comprehensive management of residential building construction and full-scale renovation projects. The selected candidate assumes full on-site responsibility, supervising each phase to ensure compliance with planning, budget, quality, and safety standards. Coordinating resources and teams—and maintaining constant communication with subcontractors and clients—is critical. Key responsibilities include detailed execution planning with realistic schedules and progress monitoring. Budget management, deviation analysis, and corrective measures are also required. Teams and subcontractors are coordinated to optimize resources and ensure quality, while occupational health and safety regulations are strictly supervised. A technical education and proven experience in construction site management are required, along with leadership and organizational capabilities to resolve incidents promptly. Location: Madrid; full-time schedule—Monday to Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–13:00. Immediate start. A technical education and demonstrable experience in comprehensive construction project management—particularly in residential buildings and renovations—are required. Leadership ability, team management, economic control of projects, and thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations are essential.
