We operate nationwide while maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence. **Responsibilities** ---------- **Want to join us?** The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive development of office and corporate space projects, engaging in both the initial analysis and proposal phase as well as the technical definition, documentation, planning, and project monitoring phases. Their mission will be to understand client needs, transform them into technical, functional, and aesthetic solutions, and contribute to developing proposals that deliver value, build trust, and clearly communicate the project concept. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Analyze client requirements and develop design proposals for workplace spaces. * Prepare graphic and technical documentation: drawings, reports, presentations, measurements, and budgets. * Design spatial layouts, furniture, finishes, and installations, integrating functionality, well-being, and sustainability criteria. * Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external collaborators across all project phases. * Monitor projects technically and economically, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Support site supervision, resolve issues, and control proper project execution. * Utilize digital tools and artificial intelligence to optimize design, visual communication, and project management. **Requirements** -------------- **What qualifications must you meet?** * Degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical project development, preferably in offices, corporate spaces, retail, hospitality, or interior design projects. * Experience in turnkey projects, Design \& Build, or comprehensive design-construction-equipment projects. * Technical knowledge of materials, finishes, construction systems, and office equipment. * Ability to interpret drawings, perform measurements, and prepare budgets. * Experience preparing reports, drawings, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Familiarity with SketchUp or other modeling and rendering tools. * Knowledge of Presto, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. * Revit/BIM knowledge is a plus. * Experience in technical-commercial presentations and client proposal preparation is a plus. * Advanced level of English. **Benefits** -------------- **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. * Continuous training: Access to training programs. * Permanent contract. * Flexible compensation plan. * Strong attention to detail and work quality. * One additional vacation day every three years. * Weekly fruit. * Hybrid work arrangement. * A free day off on your birthday.
