HR Administrative Assistant

Company
Description
**Why we are opening this position** The company has grown, and so has the workload of the Human Resources department: more people, more processes, more job postings, and more performance evaluations to coordinate. We need more hands to continue doing it well, which is why we are bringing a new person onto the team. **What you will do** * Coordinate end-to-end performance evaluation cycles: scheduling, platform configuration, distribution, follow-up, and closure — across corporate stores, franchises, and other departments. * Review evaluation results and develop individual development plans for evaluated employees. * Collaborate with the Training department to track completed courses and contribute to designing future skill-based training programs. * Provide recruitment and selection support during peak periods: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with stores. * Maintain tracking dashboards, reports, and KPIs for the HR area, and support daily departmental operations. **What your day-to-day looks like** This is a highly people-oriented role: you will accompany employees through their performance evaluations and development plans, and often serve as the first point of contact for candidates interested in joining us. It also involves desk-based tasks: meeting deadlines, working with spreadsheets, tracking key dates, requesting missing information, responding to emails, and managing multiple concurrent processes. **What we are looking for** * Medium or higher-level vocational training qualification (FP I or FP II). Degrees in Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Pedagogy, Law, or Business Administration and Management are especially valued. * Experience or knowledge in administrative and operational management: from day one, you will handle data, deadlines, and documentation. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and fluency with Google Workspace. * Basic-to-intermediate English proficiency. * Familiarity with CeX store operations. * Willingness to travel to headquarters once per month. **What we offer** * Hybrid work arrangement * Agreed salary range * Training and onboarding support from day one * **A role with career progression:** You will start with team support and progressively assume greater technical responsibility and autonomy.
