In this role, you will be responsible for developing project technical documents, primarily all design and execution drawings, as well as budgets and general technical project documentation. Requirements: - Proficiency in design software tools, primarily AutoCAD and Revit, as well as budgeting tools such as Presto. - Minimum five years’ experience in the technical office of a construction company or architecture firm. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. - Knowledge of swimming pool design and calculation is desirable.
