FUNCTIONS Daily accompaniment of residents in housing: presence in the housing unit to ensure residents’ safety, monitoring compliance with regulations, reporting incidents to the rest of the project team. Supervision of the housing unit, including maintenance of facilities, equipment, and hygiene. Supporting monitoring and intervention with residents in the resource, following guidelines established by the technical team assigned to it, to ensure appropriate care for hosted individuals. Assistance with meals, cleaning, laundry, and other duties inherent to the position. **Profile:** Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. Basic computer skills Desirable: proficiency in foreign languages—French; English and/or Arabic are also desirable. At least one year of experience in social intervention with migrants, preferably in accommodation resources. Valued: knowledge of gender perspective, migration, mental health, human trafficking, and the psychosocial rehabilitation recovery model.
