Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a construction site supervisor in building projects, specifically in renovations and singular rehabilitation works. * Advanced knowledge of construction processes and materials. * Ability to manage work teams and coordinate subcontractors. * Capacity to solve problems and adapt to on-site contingencies. * Completion of a 20-hour or 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course in construction. * Valid driver’s license.
