Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the technical and economic aspects of construction projects, optimize project execution, manage certifications, materials, and work sections, and maintain direct communication with subcontractors. Minimum Requirements What do we expect from you? We seek a candidate who meets the following requirements: * Required qualifications: Technical Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports). * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager. * Completion of the basic occupational risk prevention course (60 hours) will be valued. * Location: Madrid. * Salary commensurate with experience, negotiable.
