Position Summary: We are seeking a Center Manager for the Fitness sector to lead commercial, administrative, and team management tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Development of commercial initiatives to achieve objectives Sparta Sport Center, a rapidly expanding company in the Fitness sector, is recruiting a Center Manager for immediate incorporation. The Center Manager will carry out commercial, administrative, and team management duties. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Implementation of commercial actions with customers, including corresponding visits and follow-ups, to meet commercial objectives. · Coordination with the team to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction. · Administrative management of the center · Resolution of incidents **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** Experience in customer-facing roles. Goal-oriented mindset Leadership capability **WE OFFER** Permanent contract. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full-time position All job responsibilities are performed entirely at Sparta Sport Center’s Itaroa sports facility.
